The project
Three city realities united in a single project.
Three city realities united in a single project.

The construction aspect was followed by Rosso Srl – Costruzioni e Manutenzioni Generali, a historic city reality active in the construction of structures, systems, interior finishes, maintenance and construction on public and private contracts.

The architectural part was curated by Studio Gasperini, which covers the professional sectors of architecture, urban planning, interior design, technical services, design and supply of furnishing elements.

To deal exclusively with commercial mediation for the San Francesco 33 project is ATHOUSE Immobiliare, a Trieste company that will accompany you throughout your buying experience, in total safety and serenity, thanks also to the fifteen-year experience in the real estate sector that the agency can offer you.
San Francesco 33 is located precisely in Via San Francesco: a central area, in the heart of Trieste, which allows you to reach various strategic points of the city even on foot. In five minutes, in fact, you can enjoy the Public Garden of Via Marconi or stroll in the evocative setting of Viale XX Settembre, the historic promenade of the citizens of Trieste.
Served by buses and taxis (there are several stops in the area), Via San Francesco allows you to combine tranquility and intimacy with the practicality of being close to some strategic points of the city and, precisely for this reason, it is ideal for those who want to have a corner of privacy still well served.
Thirteen new apartments in the city centre, for every need.
Two-level apartments, of different types: “Epoca“, with a style that is more reminiscent of tradition and sobriety; “Loft“, dedicated to those who have a dynamic way of life and at the same time want modernity and comfort. Finally, “Balcony“: these are the residential realities that want to give a touch of air and oxygen to San Francesco 33, favoring the terraces.
